SEE THE NEW 2006 Water Quality Report for Orangeburg SC- click here aside from having great water quality, we have the LOWEST electric rates in the entire State of South Carolina. Of course by National standards we have mostly mild weather- not much snow-very little hurricane action this far inland (65 miles from coast)
Recent weather patterns as to Temperature-Rainfall and "snow" - what is that?
It is a wonder more people have not gotten tired of snow, crime, and high taxes and moved here- but we are still somewhat small by National standards.
Some may want to know about Growth - steady but sure - and we think
